Our office is in Lubbock and our trade partners are based here, so most of our work is within about an hour's drive. That keeps us on the job regularly and keeps the schedule honest. Acreage outside city limits is a large part of what we do, especially for barndominiums.

Water wells, septic systems, electrical service, driveways, and drainage all have to be planned before the slab is poured. We handle that coordination as part of the build, and we are glad to look at a piece of land with you before you buy it.
